Lot of work has been done by the company in development of SDR's (Software defined radios) spanning almost 3000Mhz of spectrum. Customized products with specific frequency and feature requirements have been successfully completed. Recently Maksat has entered the Video over IP and Surveillance space and has developed innovative products. MakSat has been awarded the contract for deploying SWAN (state wide area network) network for the state of Himachal Pardesh, connecting about 1000 remote locations together on wireless links.

MakSat has also deployed networks for CSC projects of the Government of Rajasthan connecting around 20 sites in a city to MakSat BTS in a radius of 20kms for 29 cities.

MakSat has also deployed India’s largest wireless network for Bajaj Hindustan Ltd. Covering an area spreading 1200kms and connecting all locations on wireless links, these links also include India’s longest point to point link of 75km. ( More )
